I had to make a flexible website, including the daily's chef proposal, a contact form and a menu.
Requested by the customer, the managment software allows customer to order and pay from the table with a QR-Code.
Then the kitchen gets the order, and prepares it. The inventory are automatically updated and twice a week, order lists are generated, to avoid shortages.
The software might have included an accountancy module, and it is actually able to do it, but in France, the certification process of an accountancy software costs over 9000€, which was too expensive for me and for the customer.
This restaurant wanted to be able to text customers about the daily suggestion of the chef, so I built a CRM. This also gave the opportunity to automatically publish these suggestions and manage social networks from a single interface using APIs from Meta (for Instagram and Facebook) and X (Twitter).
